    The reservation process generally follows these steps: Select items for each hospital on MediBook > Make a reservation inquiry > Coordinator consultation and hospital reservation > Invoice issuance and payment for medical services. If you leave your reservation inquiry, we will check whether your country requires a visa and guide you through the visa issuance process if necessary. For most medical tourism clients, we assist with booking flights, arranging transportation, and reserving hotels. You can consult with a coordinator to plan your schedule. If you require not only hospital reservations but also tourism services, we provide guided tours and sightseeing options. (A button for "View Tour Packages" will be created later.) Payment for medical services varies by hospital, particularly in terms of deposit amounts. This will be explained based on your specific reservation inquiry.

    It may take 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to confirm the reservation.

    MediBook supports various payment methods depending on the country. The primary options include credit card and direct bank transfer (foreign currency). Your assigned coordinator will provide you with an invoice and a payment link, after which payment will be processed to confirm your reservation.
